藝術家自述：
我的作品由一系列刻意挪用的影像與文字組成，它們大多來自於過期的大眾媒體資料，國內外皆有，也有些是來自於奇奇怪怪的地方。我回收它們，重新建構原有的文本，這一切只為了引出嶄新的意涵，並且製作出一張完全不同的畫面。

我對於這些奇怪的、帶著缺陷感、俗常又不尋常的影像非常著迷。我有興趣的，是影像本身自備的能耐，它們能夠激發事物之間的關聯，以及隨之而來的各式思考和想法。

Artist Statement:
My works are a deliberate appropriation of image and text often found in outdated local and foreign mass media and other disparate sources, recycling and reframing their original contexts in order to elicit new and possible meanings and generate an entirely different picture. I am attracted in the strange, flawed, common and unconventional imagery and interested in the images' capacity to stimulate visual relationships, thoughts and ideas.

朋丁空間很榮幸推出開幕以來第二檔藝術家個展，由來自菲律賓的年輕藝術家Dina Gadia帶來二十餘件平面複合媒材作品，藝術家本身也從事獨立出版，她將為此次在台展覽推出台灣限定印刷物，朋丁也與她合作製作一款由藝術家繪製的帆布袋，於展覽期間限量發售。更多消息即將陸續公布。
